Lichen is designed to match DWD warnings and measured room temperatures against your sites, shifts and tasks. You see which areas are hit first and which ASR A3.5 room-temperature thresholds at 26, 30 and 35 °C are reached. Aggregated absence data adds where heat costs working days.
Every affected site gets the measure your safety professionals set for this case, a named owner and a deadline. The rules behind it are fixed and reviewable. Software does not decide what protects people. It makes sure the decision arrives on the hot day.
Warning, assignment and response are recorded with site, owner, timestamp and status. “Not possible, with a reason” counts just as much as “done”. The result is a traceable history that supports the employer's documentation. Lichen does not certify legal compliance.

The way into Lichen starts with one site. The current offer is the Heat Protection Check 2027, which prepares live operation in the 2027 season.
We review two or three real hot periods from 2026 at your site and check five questions for each: warning, decision, responsibility, execution, record. The result is five to seven changes and your response plan for 2027.
