One conversation about what happened during selected hot periods in summer 2026, from the participants' point of view.
What we do
We separate what is documented, what is reported and what stays open.
We match DWD warnings for your warning district against operating hours and shifts. Then we classify every statement about the two or three hot periods by its evidence. We do not assume complete historical records.
Directly evidenced
Documents or records show the action directly, for example an instruction, a confirmation or a log.
From recollection
Participants describe what happened. That is an indication, not evidence, and is marked as such.
Missing or inconclusive
Evidence is missing or allows several readings. Not documented does not mean it did not happen.
The result
The result is a decision: what you fix before 2027.
